Did you know?
According to Carta, Series A startups on Carta raised 6.7% less capital in 2024 than they did in 2023. Early stage companies are clearly having to do more with less, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Capital raised for Series B companies rose by 17.3% over the same time.
We think this shows that for companies hitting product market fit and ARR benchmarks, additional capital is ready to be deployed. Chose the right company and your growth could be catapulted alongside the company growth as they go from Series A —> Series B.
