🚨 LinkedIn quietly dropped a new feature. And it could be a game changer for your job search.

Everyone searches LinkedIn for open jobs. But now you can search for the actual person who's doing the hiring.

So you can go directly to the hiring manager or recruiter who are building their teams right now.

Here's how you can do it:

1️⃣ Start a LinkedIn search for all leadership titles in your potential org.
ie: ("VP of Marketing" OR "Head of Marketing" OR "Vice President of Marketing" OR Director of Product Marketing") This casts a wider net of hiring leaders

2️⃣ Click the "Actively Hiring" filter

3️⃣ In the search bar, enter all of your target job titles

LinkedIn will then surface all of the hiring leaders who’ve turned on this setting and that are actively hiring for your target role. You'll start to see a bunch of profiles pop up with the purple "actively hiring" banner (

From there you can personalize outreach or find common connections who might be able to help with an intro.

Its a small change, but it can have a huge impact on your search.
